Redditch Community Timebank is a local initiative built on the belief that everyone has something to offer, and that time, trust, and connection are more powerful than money.
Founded by Simon Keith Preston MBA, a carer-scholar and strategic neurodiversity advocate based in Redditch, the Timebank is part of a wider effort to create inclusive, community-led infrastructure that honours lived experience and values mutual support. It’s shaped by years of work in neurodiversity advocacy, education, and systems change, always with a focus on belonging, agency, and practical impact.
Our Values
Inclusion: We welcome everyone; neurodivergent, disabled, carers, curious neighbours, and anyone seeking connection.
Reciprocity: Timebanking is built on mutual exchange. You give an hour, you get an hour. No money, no hierarchy.
Local Connection: We’re rooted in Redditch, shaped by its people, and committed to building community infrastructure that lasts.
